Welcome

I am a licensed psychologist in private practice over telehealth (video visits) to clients living in California and South Carolina. In addition to my practice, I am a psychologist and Clinical Manager at Lyra Health and formerly a Clinical Associate Professor at the Stanford University School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.

I currently have openings for new patients.

It can be difficult step to reach out for psychotherapy, so I’m glad you made it here and are interested in learning more about my practice.

This process of the good life is not, I am convinced, a life for the fainthearted. It involves the stretching and growing of becoming more and more of one’s potentialities. It involves the courage to be. It means launching oneself fully into the stream of life. Yet the deeply exciting thing about human beings is that when the individual is inwardly free, he chooses as the good life this process of becoming.”

Fees

My fees are aligned with other doctoral- level psychologists (PhD/PsyD). I will consider a sliding scale depending on several factors. I am also an out-of-network provider, so cost would be out-of-pocket or reimbursed by your insurer if you have out-of-network benefits. Please contact me to discuss further.
